Your Opportunity

Our client is a leading German family-owned company in the medical technology sector with more than 40 years of experience in the development, production, and distribution of implants in the fields of endoprosthetics and spinal surgery. As a market leader in a specialized segment of revision endoprosthetics, the company stands for precision, quality, and partnership-based collaboration with physicians, clinics, and distributors. In line with its continuous international growth, a dedicated subsidiary for the Benelux market was recently established, which oversees the Belgian market. To further strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed OR Specialist (m/f/d) for the Wallonia region.

Your Responsibilities

In this responsible role, you will work closely with the sales representative in your area and act as the key expert for surgical and application competence in the operating room. You will support surgeries, advise surgeons and OR teams on product use, and ensure the optimal application of implants. You will provide technical expertise, train users, and serve as a trusted contact for all questions related to the orthopaedic product range. Furthermore, you will organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and hospital visits, maintain relationships with clinics in your region, and represent the company at medical congresses and events. You will serve as an interface between users, sales, product management, and headquarters – with the goal of creating optimal solutions for physicians and patients.

Your Profile

• Completed education in a medical or nursing field, ideally with additional business training
• Several years of experience in a hospital environment or in medical technology, preferably in orthopaedic surgery, traumatology, or spinal surgery
• Experience in the OR environment and collaboration with medical and nursing teams
• Ideally some initial sales experience in the medical technology sector
• Experience in presentations and training
• Excellent command of English; a good level of French is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• High willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
