Your Opportunity

Our client is a leading German family-owned company in the medical technology sector with more than 40 years of experience in the development, production, and distribution of implants for endoprosthetics and spinal surgery. As a market leader in a specialized segment of revision endoprosthetics, the company stands for precision, quality, and partnership-based collaboration with physicians, clinics, and distributors. In line with its continuous international growth, a dedicated subsidiary for the Benelux market was recently established. To further expand these activities, we are seeking a committed Sales Representative (m/f/d) for the Wallonia region.

Your Responsibilities

In this responsible role, you will manage the sales of high-quality products in the fields of primary and revision endoprosthetics as well as spinal surgery. You will maintain existing customer relationships, develop new contacts, and provide surgical teams and physicians with product advice and application support. Together with your Sales Manager, you will implement the company’s sales strategy in the Belgian market, develop tailored solutions for your clients, and thus contribute significantly to the company’s sustainable growth. You work closely with the OR Specialist in your sales territory and are primarily responsible for the commercial performance, while also being able to competently support surgical procedures. In addition, you are regularly present in hospitals, organize workshops and training sessions, and represent the company at trade fairs and congresses.

Your Profile

  • Technical or business degree or completed technical/commercial training; alternatively, training in nursing or operating room care, ideally as a Physician Assistant
  • Several years of sales experience in medical technology, ideally in endoprosthetics or orthopaedics
  • Solid understanding of hospital structures and preferably basic knowledge in reimbursement processes
  • Basic medical knowledge and experience in surgical observation (OP assistance)
  • Excellent command of English; French as a native language or at an equivalent level
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common CRM systems
